We are incredibly excited to announce that our founder, Isla, has been named as one of the Top 5 finalists in the Young Entrepreneur category at the Achiever Awards!

Country Cases started with just £200 of investment and a big idea. Since then, the business has grown to achieve an incredible 280 times that original investment in sales.

What makes this achievement even more special is that Country Cases has been built entirely by Isla herself. From designing and building the website, to creating every product design, managing marketing, developing new collections and growing the brand, every part of Country Cases has been created from the ground up.

What began as a small idea has developed into a growing country lifestyle brand, inspired by farming, agriculture and rural life.

Being recognised as one of the Top 5 young entrepreneurs is an incredibly proud moment and a huge milestone for both Isla and Country Cases.

Behind the brand.

Country cases is run and founded by 16 year old Isla Jacobsen Cox aka me !! I have an absolute passion for country life owning my horse Anton (as seen above) and showing livestock all over the place! I originally thought of the idea when I couldn’t find any good quality UK inspired phone cases all I could find where cheaply made cow print cases and I wanted something better then that ! So that’s how country cases came to be , I create all designs (that all start as drawings!!)my self by hand or on my iPad and can spend hours doing so to get the best country themed designs!

REFUNDS

Please be advised that refunds will not be issued if a customer changes their mind regarding the purchase of a product or if the incorrect item is ordered. However, a replacement product will be granted in the event that an incorrect product, incorrect design, damaged product, or non-delivery of the product occurs but a refund will not be granted for most circumstances.This policy is in place because all products are custom printed and made to order after purchase . Sometimes cancellation of an order may be possible if you request to cancel it within the hour but this is not guaranteed.

CARE GUIDE

To keep your phone case in good condition and prevent breakage, please follow these care tips:

1. Do not store cards inside the case These cases are not designed to hold cards between the phone and the case.

Cards create pressure that can weaken or crack the plastic.

2. Avoid removing the case frequently

Taking the case on and off often can stress the plastic and cause it to snap over time.

3. Handle the case gently

If you need to remove the case:

  • Use gentle pressure
  • Remove one corner at a time
  • Avoid bending or twisting the plastic

Please note that storing cards inside your phone case may cause damage. If the case breaks due to this, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
